Great property in central Palma. Room was a decent size and well equipped but we felt the open bathroom was very small and didn't enjoy the complete lack of privacy.

Excellent stay. Staff were fab. Room lovely, quiet compact and clean. Great spacious gym, which I used every morning . Spa, indoor pool area looked gorgeous.we didn’t this facility, limited numbers can use, so you do need to reserve your slot. Nice roof top pool area, bar, dining area. Does get crowded when hotel at capacity. So much to do in Palma. Such a fab city. Would revisit the hotel. We only had a basic room I booked last minute and was last room available. You don’t get coffee facilities in this type of room - you do get a free mini bar . However you can upgrade and get a nespresso machine. Just in case you love your morning coffee. You can get a complimentary coffee at reception too. Would recommend to others

"Our airline lost my baggage but Nadia, front desk receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind in our unfortunate situation. After one week my bag was found and Nadia telephoned me to let me know that it would be stored at the hotel. Excellent customer service Nadia!!!"
