"It is a convenient location, especially for the first timers in İstanbul. We booked a room with sea view but it was more looking at slums, tiny little sea view was not satisfying although we stayed on 15th floor. Otherwise, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Room was also spacious with big windows. We had a little problem in the morning with wake up service, although we didn’t request anything at 9 am the phone was ringing super loud. "Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day."

"The property itself was so well kept, the rooms were very really clean. Me & my mum both felt safe, everyone who worked there was wonderful, from the reception, housekeeping to restaurant staff. The breakfast was lovely & fresh, everything was made as we ordered and the rooftop area had a great view of Istanbul. The location was also really good, a few minutes walk to İstiklal. Esmanur who worked at the reception was exceptionally welcoming & kind. We would definitely recommended this hotel. "
