« We stayed at Angelique's Lakefront Tiny Haven to attend my grandma's 87th in Lakeport. It started with a lovely note on the front door greeting our stay. Neighbors were exceptional friendly, and Angelique was full of great energy. This tiny haven is walking distance from a couple of great eating establishments and a fantastic Asian spice store. « Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the place wasn't quite what we had expected. It was advertised as having lake access and being a great place to swim from the private dock. However, even when we booked, the lake would not have been swimmable due to toxic algae blooms. Before we checked out, we found out from the hotel next door that there is another lake nearby (Blue Lakes) where all the locals go to swm. Wish we would have known about that earlier. Would recommend staying here but then going to...
