"The property was clean and well taken care of. Perfect for one person. The host was very communicative and responsive. The unit is in a new community that is still being developed. "The employees working at the reservation desk and facility are very hospitable and responsible. The room and grounds were impeccably groomed and clean . The room itself had 2 issues; #1 hot water inconvenience, and #2 old mattress. The engineer did show me how to get hot water. First turn on the bathtub water at a slow trickle, then it will warm up for full flow of hot water. "We had rented 2 condos, 1 for us, 1 for friends. We were informed at the last minute that the owner of one of the units cancelled our reservation. They had no other rooms available. Because of Baseball Spring Training, any available hotel room had raised their prices 3 x the normal amount. Our friends were unable to go. I did not appreciate the hard core time share sales spiel when we checked in."
