Although the staff was an absolute Joy and very pleasant, their ability to rectify our situation ( constant key card issues ) was very limited due to an antiquated key card machine and room door locks.....30 times I/We had to walk the long hallways back to the front desk. It became a major inconvenience....... Please, please, please update your door locks...... It's not fair to your customers and especially your staff, who are the ones getting ranted on. I am willing to bet, that we were not the only ones frustrated by this experience!

Aaron is a rockstar! It teallu felt like the hotel was under staffed, but somehow he seemed to brush it off. You got a good gem there. Also the pool and hot tub are super clean…so good job on that.

We checked in and the first room we were out in smelled like pee, cigarettes and weed. We then had to ask for a new room and wait for a long time to see if they would give us one. We were told they had cribs over the phone, when we arrived they said “we probably have a play pen buried I could dust off for you”. And the rooms are tiny. Air conditioning doesn’t work, would never stay here again.

The Heating and air system was very noisy , The room was also noisy from the fridge as well . There was a fire (Small one in a kitchen area ) when we checked in , we of course had to leave while that was being dealt with, there was a problem resetting the fire alarm system so the fire door in the hallways were closed , these door do not have soft closers so when ever some one went through these they banged closed very loudly , our room was right next to these , so all night when anyone went through these we would hear this very load noise . and who ever thought putting ice makers near the rooms has never stayed in a hotel , they are noisy .

The staff was helpful and polite. The pool and hot tub were great, partially because they are indoors and the weather was terrible outdoors. The hotel is very dated and shows its wear. That being said, I would stay there again.
