Great location to walk to almost anything, especially beaches and restaurants. Staff is always friendly and helpful, Elizabeth who maintains the breakfast area most mornings. Breakfast isn’t huge but adequate with hot and cold items. Free use of bikes and water toys like kayaks & paddle boards is nice.

One staff member really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Lonnie is a great asset to this hotel and is now a friend of our family. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will not hesitate to stay here again as it is also in the most ideal location to beach, shops and restaurants. Thank you!

The hotel looked amazing online. Once we arrived we were more than disappointed. The hotel boasts a private beach, but fails to mention it is in the bay side of the hotel. The free paddle boards are only allowed in the bay side as well and only usable for an hour at a time. That only really amounts to about 30 minutes of use once it is dragged to the bay and put in the water. Housekeeping is not provided. We stayed three nights and had a family of four. The pile of towels was ridiculous. The amount of sand on the floor was gross. I had to borrow a broom just so we'd stop sliding all over the floor. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time because of how dirty the floors were. The bathroom was just awful. So small! I don't think I've ever seen a toilet that low to the floor before and with my husband being over 6 feet, he was not pleased. Also, there was no water pressure in the shower to even rinse the soap out of our hair. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The staff was nice enough, just very disappointed with the property and won't stay there again. We liked the location as we visited Pensacola Beach each day, but there are plenty of properties on that side of the street to choose from our next visit. Also, the internet and TV was out the first 2 days we were there so when we wanted to have some downtime and chill in the room, options were limited.

Tv didnt work the entire stay. The staff was nice , breakfast was good. The swim area and bay area was nice and fun. Paddle boarding was a plus. The hotel gives a more of a beach type fill to the area. Its an older hotel and could use some up grades in the rooms..

The location was excellent; walking distance to everything. The pool and little beach was great for our family. The facility it’s self was not the best. Our bathroom was constantly wet, no vent to air out after showering and the toilet kept running after flushing. Soap in the shower was empty after requesting more we realized the soap next to the sink was also empty and had to make a separate call for that. I reserved the room for 4 people but was given only 3 towels. Had to request daily cleanings.
