"This property was great for an overnight stay to see a Penn State volleyball match. The location was great as it was less than a mile to rec hall, it’s “off campus” so it’s a lot quieter than the downtown hotels. There’s several food options close by and convenient, free parking. The rooms were clean and updated, nothing too fancy but perfect for our family stay."

"I stayed in a single-bed room and it was great for what I needed. The room was clean that staff was very friendly. If there is any "negative", and I use that term very loosely, it's that the continental breakfast did not have any already made eggs or breakfast meat, like sausage or bacon. There are plenty of other items like waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and pre-packaged egg sandwiches that you could warm up in the microwave. Not a big deal, just something noticeable. Considering how much I paid, the stay was excellent, and I would stay there again. "

"Basic but better option than Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn. The building is in great condition. The room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast offerings. Very friendly staff. "

"This was a nice convenient place for a great value. The room was clean, the breakfast was good (even a waffle maker). The young woman at the desk was very kind and helpful. The restaurant and bar were closed at the hotel for renovations but there are places nearby to go for food and a travel plaza next door. "

"Great location if want to stick with a chain hotel, but still want that country feel. Had a nice view of the mountain ridges to the east and the mountain gap. Room was very clean and spacious. Would stay here more often for hiking in the nearby state forests but the rates are usually much higher due to nearby PSU"
