"Our one night stay was exactly what we needed after a long day. I booked Parkview unaware of the type of hotel it really was but I was impressed from the moment I walked in for a late check in. The front desk representative greeted me with a smile and checked me in with ease. Once in the room I was impressed by the size. It was huge! And I appreciate the sink outside of the bathroom. You don’t see those much anymore but I find them convenient. The best part about our stay was how quiet our hall...

"Loved living history for 2 nights in the Shoe House! We were a group of 5 friends for a high school reunion. The property is well maintained and enjoyed all the historical mid century touches. The current owners did a great job honoring the original decor and intent of the property. In the basement, there was a mini museum and gift shop about the history of the house. We got a kick out of a few tourists stopping to take pictures. The place has it's own official historical landmark sign out...
