"This cottage is conveniently located for visiting Akron, Cuyahoga Valley, and even Canton. We like birding and hiking, and there are many beautiful parks in this area. The cottage is comfortable and lovingly decorated. Great communication with the property manager and owner! My only complaint is not with the cottage itself, but with its description of being “steps from the lake.” While this is technically true, the steps take you to a guardrail behind which are private properties going down...

"Great place to stay for seeing the surrounding area or if you’re in town for some reason. I personally couldn’t get ahold of anyone to talk with during the stay, which put us on a time crunch that we could’ve avoided. Other than that issue the place was clean and tended to the needs we had at the same rate of a hotel but more room to ourselves and less hassle. I’d give a 5 star if I were able to easily communicate with someone involving any concerns or issues we have. "
