"Owner is very kind and responsive. The local manager is kind also and speak English well. There was an issue for a day and half where our master shower was not working due to a missing piece so our family of five needed to use the smaller unit. Not a problem but just inconvenience. I had to be proactive in this communication but after the owner personally called and wanted to make sure the unit issue was addressed. They did get then handy man to come and fix it. "Family of 4 with 2 adult children. Perfect set up with everyone having their own bathroom. All the modern amenities you could ask for—mini-split heat, great kitchen set up, reliable WiFi, convenient parking underground. Well located in the flats of Nazare and an easy 10 min walk to Nazare beach. 10 minute drive to North Beach, max. Very gracious and responsive hosts. Highly recommend and we would absolutely book again when we return. Nazare is not to be missed if you visit Portugal."

"The hotel is spotless, in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the local sites. The proprietor, Ellen, is friendly and she makes you feel like you’re at home. We have stayed at this property before, last year, the reason we returned is because of the hospitality. Everyone is so nice and accommodating, the rooms are a good size and extremely clean. If you ever need anything, there is always someone there to help. I would never think of going anywhere else."
