« I came to visit family in Pass Christian and they don’t have a spare room. This was perfect for me and my sister. Every category exceeded my expectations from cleanliness to ease to being well stocked. The owners even let me check in early. I will be staying here every time I come to the coast. Oh and it had a golf club right across the street, a pond in back and a shared pool on other side of pond. I can’t believe I have been staying in hotels for the last 10 visits. Great hosts! »

« Communications with Heirloom were with a very nice, professional.It took a few email and text messages to get the complete instructions to enter the unit. Stair count communicated was low (15 vs 21). The recently installed floor had raised ends that could have presented tripping problems. A window was not completely closed during the coldest days of the year. The clothes washer was not ready for occupation and resulted in un-needed communications resulting in a refund of 25% when we agreed...
