"This is a sweet little house in one of our favorite neighborhoods. A short drive to Hagar Park for beaching and sunsets and a great yard for roasting marshmallows. The house is quite spacious for its size and there are 2 spaces for hanging out: off the kitchen and the living room. Beds are comfy and the couch in the living room is big enough for everyone to watch a late nite movie. Thank you for sharing this house with us. "

"Super cute home! The location was great, just a quick drive to the beach and shopping area. The backyard was great, it gets a lot of shade which was perfect to sit outside during the hot days we were there. The wagon included in the shed was great for the beach since we had multiple beach chairs and drinks to haul through the sand. The issues I had were that it was me, my husband and our parents with both my mother and my FIL with knee issues and the bathtub was so high my mom couldn’t swing her...

"We had a lovely stay at this property. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was a short walk away and the community is safe. You must try Sherman’s ice cream while there. "

"We stayed 4 nights in mid-December. The house was located near family that we were visiting. The house is charming with lots of train theme and antique décor. There was even a small Christmas tree and some holiday decorations. The master bed was very comfortable. There was a back yard that my small dog could use off leash once I figured out how to get the gate open. The home has a short driveway which was too small for our full size pickup truck, we unfortunately had to park in the road and...

"Perfect location (close enough to both the beach, main shops and restaurants, and the state park) and everything was just as described. Host was responsive and the home was clean and stocked with everything we needed/wanted (including board games, beach towels, and folding chairs). Would highly recommend to others, especially families with kids. "

"Very cute cottage near Deer Forest. The inside was very clean and cozy. The host was very easy to get in contact with and made sure the house was ready for our stay even though there was an issue with the booking showing up in Vrbo. We had a great stay and would recommend this house to others! "

"Good property and location, would stay again! I ran and biked to the beach at times, but would drive if you need to bring towels, chairs, coolers, etc. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable for our extended family group!"

"VRBO vs resort fees are very different. I can't encourage enough, avoid using VRBO. There are additional fees you must pay beyond what VRBO charges. Our unit was not kept up, vintage is one thing, drywall falling off of the wall is another. The large crack across the shower floor is beyond expectations. The property is quite nice, beach is close and very walkable, Unit C just really needs attention."
