"This condo is very clean and conveniently located close to the square. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine were much appreciated! Communication with the owners was great! They responded in a very friendly and timely manner! We highly recommend staying here! We will be back!"

"This was the perfect condo! The location was conveniently located near downtown prescott and it was in a quiet area. The owners are very responsible and were easy to contact as well! I stayed here with my fiancé but it could easily fit a couple more people as it’s a 2 bed 2 bath! Overall great place! "

"We initially had some small difficulties getting the code and instructions, but I think it was the vrbo website and not tge host. It all worked out. The evap cooling system did not cool the back bedroom very well. There were no coffee filters, which made brewing coffee a challenge. Would have been nice to have a dinette set on the porch for eating outside to enjoy the incredible views. Overall, it was a great stay at a great location within easy walk to all of the tasting rooms and restaurants....
