From the booking the communication was great. They contacted me closer to the time with tons of information, directions, passwords, how to get into resort, parking available etc. Everything was covered.
The apartment was clean and new.
Unfortunately swimming pool was shut before the time shown but otherwise that is the only issue.
Parking available underneath, I suggest you take this up as a very busy area.
You can see the sea and the harbour. But traffic regular outside so if door open it is noisy. However if shut it's very quiet.
I would happily stay here again.

Pros: Very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: No room service, restaurant closes at 8 pm. No coffee machine in the room and I've never been to a hotel that doesn't provide at least 1 bottle of complimentary water per day before this hotel. Strange for the cost of a nights stary vs cost of a bottle of water.

The hotel is greatly located in the area from which it is an easy walk to the railway station, shopping, restaurants, etc. The food is tasty and there were lots of choices. The staff is helpful. The entertainment team is trying to make people happy. The bars , especially the one next to the reception, are excellent. The coffee is amazing. Thank you.
