"The only issues we had were that the bed was too firm (understandable) and having problems learning how to use the shower spray nozzles. Also, the water kept going from hot to cold and back again. Other than those small things, this place was wonderful. The breakfast was surprising, and VERY GOOD. Also the room was almost perfect for us (wheelchair accessible), and had more amenities than we expected. For the price this was amazing. We are already planning more excursions to that area so that we can stay there. LOVED IT!"

"We loved the art gallery, pool facilities and penguins. Our only complaint was our room was a little smaller than expected and our room door did not function properly. It was difficult to open and close. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay."
