The original room we were booked in was not fully cleaned, so the front desk person promptly gave us a new, clean room right next to the original one. She was working by herself that night and handled all of our and it looked like everyone else’s needs with grace and ease. We will be back."

"Had a wonderful 3 night stay w 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This is a fantastic value for proximity to the slopes and lifts in Keystone. Easy 7 min walk. Beautiful view from large windows in our room. Ask for a 5th or 6th floor room for close proximity to hot tubs. Rooms are on the small side and then add in ski gear. Nice couch area by the floor to ceiling windows w mountain view. Lovely beeakfast each day w varied and healthy options. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate always available in tge lobby. Fresh baked cookies served at 4pm. Nice surprise was a free water station in the lobby w flavor, electrolytes, and vitamin add ins. Walking distance to restaurants. Free shuttle or short drive to main Keystone Village. We will be back."
