"Amazing staff, check in was easy and was able to check in at 3 pm. Only thing i didn't like was the out of nowhere additional $100 hold for whatever. I plan my trip based on what it says online nowhere was this $100 mentioned. So if i didn't have it what i wasn't going to be able to check in. Now i have to wait for them to release it back to my account. "

There was several maintenance issues that truly did not impact our stay but needed attention. The host was responsive to questions and my concerns. "What a perfect cabin!! The views were beautiful, surrounded with mountains. It had everything we needed. Was spacious-- had a big open living room space to fit everyone. Was well equipped with more than enough dishes. Could not recommend it enough. We will for sure be back! And only about a 30 minute drive from Gatlinburg!"
