"Key cards did not work breakfast eggs and bacon were horrible. Front desk had music blaring when we arrived at 1:30 am. He did finally turn it down. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke"

"Stayed overnight after a late flight in. Lady working at the front desk was very nice and brought me up some breakfast items at night because I was starved and there are no food options nearby. It was very thoughtful of her- thank you! Other than that, make sure you call ahead to schedule your shuttle pick up from the airport! The shuttle does not run automatically unless ordered."

"Property is very close to Union station. Just a few blocks walking distance. Old "converted mansion" feel. Building is low rise from pre 1900. They did a grrat job with the 2019 remodel. Cool coffee shop in the hotel. And an art gallery. Grocery store a few blocks from it. There's a bit of homelessness around the area, but the hotel is completely locked and you cannot enter from street unless you have your key. "
