"Our stay was from Dec 22-Dec 25. It was very nice. The bar/restaurant was closed for the holidays but there are ample choices of other restaurants and bars. Housekeeping was also basically off (just cleaning rooms as people checked out) but the front desk attendant told us that if we needed clean towels, etc., to just ask and they would bring them to us. We did have to switch rooms within 15 mins of getting up there because the bed was broken, but they moved us down 2 rooms so it wasn't too much...

"This was a great property to stay the night. It is by a huge truck stop so everything is geared for people travelling. We did go into Hagerstown and walked the Cultural Trail and visited the Art Museum. Was nice "

"It was great for meeting up with my daughters. It had the space we need and the kitchenette was perfect. We decorated our Christmas cookies together. We didn't love the mattresses.The bar tender was excellant. Great presentation and knowledgable about what he was serving. We also eat at the bar room, it was very small and chilly but the food was great! "

"The Inn at charlestown was amazing from the staff, the room especially the bed. Me and my mom had a very relaxing time while celebrating my birthday on Dec 25th. The only issue i had was walkiing through secondhand smoke in order to reach the non-smoking section in the back of the casino (that still carried the smell), other than that i had a good time at the casino."

"There was a leak under the sink, I let the desk know about it. The first two bagels that I was going to toast had mold on them. Also showed those the desk. He took pictures for the vendor. He was helpful. Overall it was a good visit."

"What a great hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. It is next to the mall so there were lots of different food options. We left behind some airpods and they sent them to us overnight and made it so easy to get the back. They were amazing"
