Our luxurious home provides the perfect setting for your retreat to the beautiful mountains here in Park City. The home is perched perfectly on a hill in Solamere, Lower Deer Valley, providing incredible views of Deer Valley Resort throughout the entire home. The home is situated with ample amounts of space, beautiful and unique finishes as well as a warm, welcoming ambiance everyone will look forward to. The home is great for large groups and families with its beautiful gourmet kitchen, large dining area, two grand living areas, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, media room, free WiFi, upper and lower decks, hot tub, and a two-car garage.
The main level living and dining area is spacious and open, with beautiful vaulted ceilings and incredible windows providing striking views of the Deer Valley ski area. The living area is situated with a lovely stone-faced wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen HD TV, and a surround sound system. The living space flows into our open dining area, which is situated with a grand dining table that accommodates 10, and breathtaking views of Deer Valley.
The living and dining areas both provide access to the upper-level deck with its incredible views, endless sunlight throughout the day, and peaceful environment, exposing the uniqueness and exclusivity of our home. The grill sits outside on the deck along with plenty of seating to enjoy the views and serene atmosphere.
The dining room opens up to the beautiful and spacious gourmet kitchen. This professional-grade kitchen is excellent for entertaining with its generous counter space, gourmet appliances, and well-thought-out layout. The kitchen is equipped with a Viking stove, Viking refrigerator/freezer, granite countertops, and all high-end appliances. The kitchen island seats 6. Directly off the kitchen is a Butler's Pantry with an extra dishwasher, utility sink, and pantry space.
The main level also provides access to a half bathroom, mudroom, two-car garage, and one of the master suites.
The Primary Bedroom located on the main level is truly one of a kind. You are welcomed with beautiful windows and vaulted ceilings. It is situated with a King bed, gas fireplace, incredible master bathroom, and walk-in closet. The primary bathroom is an incredible feature in itself with its double vanity sink, large jetted tub, beautifully tiled stand-up shower with two shower heads, and access to the generous walk-in closet. The Primary Bedroom also has direct access to the back deck with a sitting area and the breathtaking views of Deer Valley.
The upper-level master suite is a true second primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a luxurious king bed, large flat-screen TV, a grand master bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The grand en suite is situated with a double vanity sink, a jetted tub surrounded by windows and beautiful views, a walk-in shower with two shower heads, a beautiful stone-faced fireplace, and a walk-in closet. Sitting off of the upper level master suite is a private deck and sitting area, providing breathtaking views.
Additionally located on the upper level is a hang-out room which can be utilized as a bedroom. This spacious room is situated with two XL-twin beds with twin trundles. The room is also equipped with a ping-pong table. This room is a great place for children and adults to escape to! The space has two beautiful French doors leading to two upper decks.
The lower level living area is an ideal place for our guests to relax at the end of the day. It is a great space for everyone to hang out in with large plush couches, a beautiful fireplace, flat screen TV, a full wet bar, and a pool table. The living area also provides access to the lower level patio where you can make your way to our 8-person hot tub. The first bedroom on the lower level is set up with a luxurious King bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite with a generous-sized walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. This bedroom also provides direct access to the private hot tub.
The second bedroom you find is situated with two twin beds with twin trundles. This bedroom has a beautiful en suite, a walk-in closet, and its own access to the lower patio and hot tub. The third bedroom on the lower level is situated with two twin beds. This bedroom has a beautiful en suite, a large walk-in closet, as well as its own access to the lower patio and hot tub.
The lower level also contains the ideal media room. The media room has plenty of seating with its large comfy plush chairs and bean bags, perfect for cuddling up on and watching a movie in the comforts of your own home. The media room consists of dimming light features as well as an incredible surround sound system and a 100-inch HD projection screen. With all of its features and functionalities, this media room creates an ideal theater atmosphere in our home. Please note there is air conditioning on the main and upper levels of the home, however, the home is not equipped with air conditioning on the lowest level.
Additionally, located on the lower level is a laundry room, which makes it very easy for large groups to take care of everyone’s laundry during their stay.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The owner keeps a personal vehicle at this home and holds the use of one of the garage bays for this vehicle.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
Parking Details:
There is parking space for 2 cars in the attached garage, as well as additional parking in the driveway.
Please do not park in the street or you will be towed or ticketed.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
