We enjoyed the hotel and its location, yet were very disappointed as one of the nights of our stay the staff did not come and clean are room. Unfortunately, the only compensation we received for the inconvenience were two bottles of juice when in reality the price of the hotel merits much greater compensation for this error.

Really a nice property and friendly staff. Walkable to tourist attractions and shopping. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. It is a small property which allows for great amenities like unlimited hot chocolate coffee and tea. Rooms are good size for solo travelers and couples. Clean and has everything you need.
