We had an incredible stay here. Our room was cozy, clean, and pleasant. The breakfast was quick, easy, and delicious. All of the staff spoke English and were very pleasant. I would stay here again!

Great location. Comfortable rooms, though small. But expected In central Paris. Extremely helpful and polite staff. Very nice L'Occitane toiletries and very soothing aroma around the hotel. Only downside is it is expensive.

One of the receptionists, named Ipolite was wasting time on checking repetitive information over and over again. Too annoying to be honest. HOWEVER, by far the the best cleaning/room tidying staffs who were extremely considerate and caught what in need which was quite impressive and probably only reason I would ever consider staying here again .

Hotel France D'Antin - Lovely Place to stay
The staff of the hotel were terrific. Location near Opera and the Louvre is hard to beat. The only (minor) issues were that my room was very small, shower water pressure was low and wifi was on occasion sporadic. Didn't impact the fact that it was a great stay. I was able to walk to my business meetings and public transit was readily available (until the general strike).

Location, Location, Location, Friendly & BREAKFAST
We love the balcony views of the street at this hotel, as well as the charming European quirks like the spiral staircase elevator that make you remember your stay here. The front desk is always helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. My wife loves this place, and has even sketched and painted pictures of this hotel's iconic exterior. However, the real secret of why we come back is the location. A very convenient walk to almost everything in the already-complete Opera district, including the Opera Metro stop, the Roissy bus to the CDG airport, the river banks, and all the major tourist destinations. Excellent restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are everywhere close by, including an entire district of Japanese and Korean restaurants with unique French twist. Standard rooms are a bit cramped and angular, but that is part of the charm - get used to it! Everything is clean, functional, and in good condition. I always get a good night's sleep. The hotel staff are also extremely good about any changes to one's schedule - very helpful if your trip itinerary changes (always a possibility in France). For the "brave" traveler who can put up with a 2-persons-with-luggage elevator and an "architecturally interesting" room in order to be a couple of minutes' walk from the best of Paris, this place is ideal. Memorable and you will likely want to come back.

Disappointing and uncomfortable
Good location in general but that’s about it. Not 4 stars hotel. Maybe 2.5. On check in I asked why a deposit was needed, as this is not my usual experience, and was given flippant dismissive excuses that we might break a mirror or set the room on fire. They also said it covered the cost of using things in the room such as the mini bar (which actually was already paid for in the fee- you pay for the use of the room and everything in it?). Provided them credit card details but were given no receipt of this or reassurance that these details would be destroyed once we had left. The room was v. small, with bathroom separate to the toilet room (hygiene?). No shower curtain so using the shower = water everywhere. The fridge was stored in the wardrobe and was not stocked (so no mini bar that we had paid for). It also made the wardrobe so hot that our clothes were warm to the touch (& they had the gall to say *we* might cause a fire?). Had to leave the wardrobe open to try circulate some air and avoid a fire! The room was uncomfortably warm and gave us headaches. Air con was broken so couldn’t cool down. Opened windows to help but met with fume filled dirty air from smokers & scooters outside. Housekeeping was loud & slammed doors. Safe in wardrobe was not reset from previous users so could not reset as per instructions provided. Useless. On check out they didn’t even say thank you. Don’t waste your money here, go somewhere that cares about the comfort of its guests.

Fabulous family-owned boutique hotel in Paris!
I spent 2 nights at the hotel and loved it! The rooms are small but well appointed. The bed is comfortable. Loved the bathroom. I stayed in room 603 which was a corner room with 3 windows...lovely! This is a family-owned hotel. The owner checked me in when I arrived and was extremely helpful in regards to taxis, directions, things to do. I didn't realize she was the owned until the woman who checked me out told me. Her parents started the hotel and now she runs it. There is a continental breakfast for 15 euros and a bar for an evening drink. At every hour of the day, there is someone at the front desk who speaks English which I was expecting at a boutique hotel. Great neighborhood as well. I truly loved my experience.

The bathroom is with very bath conditions. The shade has no door or curtain. So every time to take shower you wet everything. Even when you take care of not to do it. The room is very small for two people. I pay a higher room because I stay before and it didn’t work. Also I had breakfast included and the said I didn’t and i have to show them my expedia itinerary and that’sjow they accepted unhappy

Hostest was very friendly and helpful with great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Rooms were very small. Air conditioning was broken so there were small noisy portable air conditioners in the rooms. Building is very old and worn. There is no real bar and what they did serve eas very expensive.

Amazing staff and friendly service; all staff that I met were so kind, provided helpful tips and advice, and very welcoming. It’s in a wonderful location; I walked the whole trip (no public transit or taxis) and didn’t feel it was too strenuous. Lots of places to eat nearby and not too far from the main tourist attractions. The room was small; I traveled alone and the room was just big enough for me. Overall, a great visit! Would stay here again on another solo trip.
