UNIQUE 35 minutes from Paris! You are offering in this superb 240 m2 farmhouse from the 18th century which was one of the farmhouses of the “Château du Piple” still surrounded by 110ha of woods. Maybe you will come across deer! Paris is only 30 minutes away with the RER A. The spaces in the house are spacious and comfortable. Ideal for a weekend with family or friends. Everyone can have their peace of mind and enjoy the environment and facilities. The living room and kitchen area is 80m2. There is a wood stove and a piano. Downstairs you will find a sports and relaxation room where you can do gym and yoga, play ping-pong and take a sauna... Upstairs, 4 large bedrooms, one of which is separated from the landing by curtains and a office space. Take a walk in the park or nearby forests. If you come by car, there is a parking space and spaces in the private driveway which leads to the condominium! In the house there are “Chaussette” and “Mowgli”, two adorable cats who will ask for their daily doses of kibble!

Lovely family getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse. The grounds are beautiful, the people are friendly and there are lots of woods and nature to explore!! The owner Gilles is very easy to communicate with and answers your texts very quickly. The kitchen was fantastic for all of the family meals - lots of room and an excellent oversized oven and gas range. The glass fireplace is very easy to use and is welcoming and cozy. The fourth bedroom is a media room/bedroom with a curtain that you draw - good for visitors for a night or two. This house met our needs for a family holiday and would highly recommend it!
