I stayed during off peak. While some amenities were not available due to renovations during off peak hours (on site restaurant/fitness room), the staff made every effort to accommodate individual needs. Room service was available and was timely and delicious. Local restaurants were available for order-in. Shuttles were available for excursions. The Spa staff were accommodating to time and professional. It was easily one of my most treasured vacations. Highly recommend the Rocabella resort.

Awesome view of the caldera from the hotel. Easy walk to lots of dining places. Great breakfast, and very helpful service by the friendly staff.
