Stayed our last two days of a 2 week holiday before flying home. One of those days was very bad weather, so it was a great place to just relax comfortably staying warm and dry indoors! We appreciated the muffins and coffee available in the mornings, and staff were helpful with any questions we had. There is free laundry available to guests, although we did not need to use it. Parking was plentiful and convenient to our room. Convenient location to the airport and other places around St. John's.

The stay was amazing we felt so comfortable and clean! Loved having a ground floor! The place is just the right distance from the busy part of the city! It’s nice that it’s in a less busy area but still so close to everything. Commentary coffee, lemon water, cookies and muffins was such a nice treat! Wish there was a microwave in the room but there’s one on the main floor! Which seems way more energy efficient and practical. LOVED the helpful booklet in the room with a nice message from the owner and recommendations of areas near by! Will definitely be staying here again!

The staff were all very helpful as this was my first time in Newfoundland, and St John's. My only comment is if you are a tourist and plan on sightseeing to rent a vehicle at the airport. Or look into renting a vehicle. There's plenty of parking at the hotel. The bus service is fair, and a taxi from the airport was $60, and back to the airport $50. At this time Uber doesn't service Paradise. Enjoy your stay.

The rooms were extraordinary clean 😀. The only complete and concern I have is front staff. one person answering phones and serving public as we came in. There needs to be more than one staff at the front desk. Phone calls were not answered or returned for over an hour at one point.
