There were There were 8 adults in our group, and the house was more than big enough for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. "Lovely place right on the beach. Feels like a very Costa Rican place with beautiful outdoor lounging areas, lots of space inside, and a great location. As other reviews have mentioned, some locals will use the grass in front of the property for picnics but our experience was they were all very friendly. One guy even came back the next day to remove their garbage. We will definitely be coming back."

"The house is all it’s cracked up to be. Great location! Lis is spectacular!!! Bad weather week before we arrived caused airport closure. Dave worked with us to extend days to accommodate late arrival (thankfully not booked week after ours). Seriously over the top kindness. Do go horseback riding with Brandy. She uses funds to rescue horses. And do take sunset cruise. We loved it so much we went twice."
