"Highly recommend this Hotel!! My standards are extremely high ! They met every one of my marks! Very very clean and well put together!! The bed was very soft and the pillows were abundant! The water was extremely hot and it’s pretty quiet in the room minus the vibration of the subway underfoot. The breakfast was cute! Muffins, coffee cake, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, English muffins, an assortment of Tea plenty of hot water and coffee and a few other things. All of the staff is very attentive!...

"Absolutely amazing experience staying in this B&B. The owners were accommodating and even provided a tour of the home for us while we stayed. We received a "Sanitation" kit which included masks, sanitizer, gloves, etc for our use. Home cooked breakfast was delightful and better than you would get at any diner in the area (we know, we've been to most of them). The rooms were immaculate, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was almost spa-like with the standalone bathtub and night light mood...

"Lovely serene spa-like accommodations. We reserved Springhouse 2. The in-room fireplace was a nice feature. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were light and tasty. Staff and service very pleasant. I would stay here again. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and charming."

"We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. "

"What we loved the most was the location and it was very clean and comfortable. There were Very steep two floor stairs, it needs a little more attention to detail to make it a 5, for example, better quality TP, needs dish towels in the kitchen and soap for the dishwasher. "

When we first arrived, we thought the location wasn’t exactly aesthetically pleasing, but the area was completely safe and walkable. The building is extremely quiet. "Wow, where to begin? I booked a king bed suite for two nights months beforehand. Afterwards, I invited a buddy to join us assuming there would be a sofa in our suite. There was not. Cue awkward moment on the 12th floor upon entry. Went down to the front desk to explain the dilemma. Ben at the front desk literally could NOT have been more helpful and understanding. He moved us to a larger room with two beds immediately. We did have to move out of that room the following morning at checkout but again, Ben saved the day with yet another room with two beds to help us out. It's very odd for a front desk representative to be as helpful as they all were. All in all, we saw a total of 3 rooms and they were all beautiful. Will definitely stay again. "

"A comfortable hotel in a great location for a great price. The room was small, but that was fine, since I was by myself. Regardless, the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, as it's walking distance to all kinds of shopping, bars, and restaurants. And parking is right across the street."

"Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. The 24hr shuttle service was really great when I needed a ride late at night. Made my flight getting cancelled and unable to get home more tolerable. Thank you! "

SUPER BOWL Bound from Philly!!

"Switched hotels from across the street and happy we did. Sofitel was perfect from the welcoming team at the front door valet to the housekeeping!! The front desk was very accommodating and Mateo(front desk) was outstanding!!! I will be back for sure. Except the waitress in the bar on Sunday night seemed to ignore us to spend time with friends in the bar. We waited 20 minutes for at least a hello but was ignored the whole time. No worries I won’t drink there if she’s on duty again when I visit. "
