"Doc was courteous and kind! The location was perfectly placed between Brandon and Middlebury. I was extremely cozy despite the cold and snowy weather outside. Doc helped me get out of the driveway without having to worry about the snow. The property, with all of its charm and age, was exceptionally cleaned and comfortable. My dog was also a welcome friend at this property, making my trip easy to navigate.. I would love to return!"

"TV didnt work the entire duration of our stay, contacted Vacasa several times but nothing was actually done. The walkway to the entrance was just a downhill ice trial. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, my boyfriend ended up sleeping on the equally uncomfortable futon. Place was clean enough, good location. Quick drive to Mary Jane, about 7-8 mins to main base area. Other than that, not great. Definitely would not stay again or recommend to friends or family. Also will steer clear of Vacasa...

"Lovely property; lots of room for dogs to run if you want them off leash. House had minimal but adequate kitchen and bath accommodations. No shower which I wish I'd known beforehand. Soaking tub was delightful but not easy to wash hair. Kyle was onsight to help as needed. The view is unparalleled!"

"This is a superb quiet location with lots of options for exploring the area. We were minutes from Mt. Philo State Park which offers a wonderful viewpoint for the setting sun over Lake Champlain. We could see Mt. Philo from our room. We visited local wineries and brew pubs. We also took a ferry across the lake to Essex NY and we climbed to the top of Camel’s Hump. The best was enjoying an evening in the garden near the fire pit and a bottle of local wine. "

"Good location, but not ski in/ski out. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, but shower curtain and bath rug need replacing. Nice hot tub and common room. Outdated condo needs work. Super drafty sliders making it cold, but thankfully, nice gas fireplace. Tons of plates, but only 1 glass. Overall, we had a great week-end but were not super excited about the place."
