"The shower curtain was not wide enough for the shower which led to splashing onto the floor. The sink faucet was too far back ehich led to splash out on the counter. These were the only complaints I have about my entire stay. Super minor complaints. I will be back soon."

"Omg! This place is a hidden gem. Cristal and the whole Loews team were so accommodating to me. My flight was delayed and I had to for a very late check in. The bed!! I had to ask who makes the mattress. So comfortable , like I was sleeping on clouds. Would def recommend."

"The staff were exceptionally nice during my stay, especially the woman who assisted me at check in. We were always greeted with warm welcomes. The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and house keeping was responsive when needed. I didn’t use any other facilities on the property."

"Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They certainly need to hire more housekeeping but the few who are there do so well despite being understaffed. The pool is a plus although I was unable to swim as a result of being a bit under the weather. The staff are very friendly too. "
