« we stayed there because it is very near the jetty for our trip to the sky mirror ( 5 mins. walk) It is clean, restaurants and convenience stores are around the area. Also across the road from Bukit Malawati which we visited. Don't expect extra comfort and luxury for the price, but clean safe and convenience. And the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Please note that It has no elevator/lift for those who cannot climb stairs. »

« Upon arrival in the afternoon at the Pulau Ketam Inn to check-in (booked 2 rooms and prepaid for 2 nights stay) was surprised to find there was no reception and nobody around though the entrance was open. The whole place was sort of abandoned, dusty, and with no maintenance. Had to ask a local person what happened and was told to check with another hotel nearby (Sea Lion Hotel) for advice. They advised that the Inn was no longer in full operation. Luckily, Sealion Lion hotel had available rooms....
