Our place is spacious and roomy and perfect for a relaxing vacation! Start your morning with fresh coffee from our coffee machine. Full sized kitchen with everything needed to make your beach meals or enjoy your takeout. Granite counters, stainless full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you may need.
Stylish open living area with 55 inch Smart TV, fast WIFI. and tasteful decor. Three bedrooms as well as a bunk bed offer lots of room for a comfortable stay.

We had the most wonderful stay. This unit was just as advertised. We were there for 11 nights and enjoyed every minute. I loved being able to walk out the back door and be right on the beach. Gia the host was very responsive.

The location and the view were perfect. We come down twice a year as our family has a house locally but it was rented out during the times we wanted to come this past September. We were pleased with the 3 story, spacious bedrooms and closets. Overall it was clean, however when you got to the second floor it smelled like musty water. We then figured out they have had a pretty significant leak from the third floor bathrooms that damaged their ceiling in the kitchen/dining room. I’m not sure if that has been an ongoing issue or something new that was disappointing and concerning but we didn’t let that bring us down. They had a lot of utensils, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. Overall it was a great stay!

The AC wasn't working when we arrived. The owners were responsive and were able to get a technician out the same day. Unfortunately, it wasn't something that could be fixed right away. The owners, helped us find another place to stay so our vacation wasn't ruined. For the short time we were there, the townhome was exactly what we were looking for. We would book this place again and with the owners.

Dolphin Dunes was wonderful. Great location and a great townhouse. Everything needed was there. Everyone was very pleased and have already ask if we can get it again next year. We have been coming to PCB for 17 years now and have stayed at different places every year and I have to say this was the best by far!!

The beach was amazing! No crowds. Great location for a relaxing laid back vacation! Townhouse had plenty of supplies and linens. Plenty of room for 6. Only thing I would recommend is that a TV be added to downstairs bedroom otherwise it’s perfect

SOO much to love
The view: stunning! The master bedroom and bath were wonderful as was the other upstairs bedroom. The bottom floor bedroom was not as nice, but OK. Loved the extra touches!… Basic seasonings, coffee, powdered creamers, coffee maker, which was also a Keurig, countertop, icemaker, beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach, chairs, two wonderful beach umbrellas, etc. Our only complaints were a shaky, loose railing on the deck, which could’ve been a hazard, rusted outdoor tables… The owner stated they would be down to handle problems such as burned out lightbulbs and check into other issues. They were wonderful to deal with, and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Our family had an amazing stay! We were very comfortable and loved such an easy access to the beach! The townhome was very clean and very roomy. We were very happy with the look and feel of the townhome. We had all the necessities we needed to stay in the house and then some! The balcony offered an amazing view of the sunsets and gulf. The option to grill or use the fire pit was nice. There is a small grocery store just down the road, that had everything we could need. Great quiet location. The owner was extremely quick to respond to any questions or needs. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Location was great…not quite as crowded on this end of PCB and a quick walk out the back door to the beach! We had everything we needed. There were something’s the owner made us aware of upon check in but she was quick to get someone out to fix the issue! Very easy to work with and responds very quickly should you need her! The only “issue” was the bottom floor where the kids slept would get very warm!

Wonderful family vacation!
We loved the location of our stay. The first floor had a strong musty smell that made it hard to tolerate for the ones sleeping downstairs. It wasn’t as clean as we would prefer either. The tub was broken and we couldn’t use it so that made the kids sad. The master bedroom fan made the loudest squeaking sound that we had to turn it off every night. I think updates are a must in this place but we made the most out of it and made some wonderful memories!

The location is absolutely unmatched! The beach is your backyard! We stayed close to July 4th and the beach was never crowded. We had an issue the air conditioning and Gia had someone there within the hour. Two of the bedrooms are on the third level. My mom had some trouble with that but other than that the house was perfect!

The process from the beginning to the end was easy. Gia was great to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. The view was amazing! Having two designated parking spaces was a plus!
