Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media/Game room for the kids upstairs with foosball table and large 55 inch HD flat screen. Great for big groups!
My friends and I had an amazing stay in this house! It wasn’t ever too cramped and the two refrigerators really helped with food storage. Having the pool/hot tub so close to the beach was so nice. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation
This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The wonderful amenities, like the pool and hot tub, added to this property. Being right on the beach was so nice! The management was very quick to reply to some questions we had. We very much would like to return again soon! What a great beach home! And in a great location, too. Had a great time during our last chance to get some sun and warm weather before the cooler months set in. The kids had a blast! The ease of getting around and walking distance to food, parks, and shops really sealed it.

Everything about this house was perfect for our trip. Location was amazing. We had one problem with a busted pipe under the pool that caused the water to drain out, but the property manager and host responded immediately and had it repaired within a few hours! We loved this house!

Great location with the beach just steps away
The house was roomy with great views and we were steps away from the beautiful sand and gulf. We, unfortunately, had a lot of rain during our stay but still enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with the house but it was immediately resolved.

Life at the Fish Carlton
We really liked the location. Right on the beach, but not in the busiest tourist area. Just down the beach from Schooners. Fun place to eat or get a drink right from the beach. The house was nice and roomy for our big family. Loved having the pool as well. Had a great time there. Would rent again

Spring break in PCB
This property was spacious enough for our large party. Having the beach out the patio door was amazing. Pool and hot tub were added touch as the weather was a bit cool during our stay. Had to communicate a few times with property manager and response was adequate.

Amazing Experience!
This was an amazing vacation rental for my family. We normally each rent condos on the beach, but for this trip, we decided to rent a beach house for all of the family. This was such an amazing trip. What an amazing stay!
We get together with our adult children and grandchildren in January every year and this place was amazing! Right on the beach! Not crowded at all! Tons of room in the house. We had 1 little issue and it was resolved by the end of the day! Absolutely recommend!

Summer Family Vacation
AWESOME!! This house was absolutely perfect..beautiful location w/easy access to the beach. The convenience of the pool/hot tub on the deck was perfect. Beautiful sunsets! We used Chairs2U and Scott (the owner) was excellent..our beach chairs were set up early every day, and we had an amazing bonfire w/music, s’mores and the most beautiful set up. The house is so comfortable with plenty of space for everyone, also has great kitchen. We had NO problems, perfect weather, and beautiful water. We have been vacationing in this area for years and this is one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space😍!

Perfect location. Pool so sweet!
Very nice house on the beach w/private pool. Very spacious w/6 BR and 4.5 BA plus an extra common space upstairs. Pool was bigger than expected, more rectangular than square. Hot tub & grill added bonuses w/lots patio space. Upstairs AC not as cool as down but box fans provided. Just a few doors down from Schooner's! Was on east quiet end of PCB and plenty of food around. Parking room for 3 cars easy, maybe 1 more. Property office M-F only so had to leave msg if called outside times. Overall, VERY pleased!

A Little Extra
The house was wonderful and met our needs. However, little "extras" would have been nice. For example: hand soap in all bathrooms, extra toilet paper, paper towels, ice in bin. We had to go to the store just to get started! Other VRBOs have furnished those items so we were not expecting to. Also, instructions/booklet about house would have been nice. Like good places to eat, what trash cans belonged to the house (one trash can stayed full the entire week. Think it was the neighbors), places of interest, etc. Just a little above and beyond would have been appreciated.

Great view and location
We absolutely loved the location and views of this property. Pool and direct access to the beach were absolutely perfect. Two big issues the main sliding glass door to the outside was broken so we had to squeeze through the side door anytime we wanted to access the back deck. Also we noted the comments on the refrigerator not to overload it which we did not but it does NOT cool adequately. We had ice cream melt overnight in the freezer and yogurt turn into water. It needs to be fixed or replaced. Also for the size of the house an additional fridge would be beneficial. Overall a great stay just needs some tweaking!

Perfect spot!!
We had 4 families during our stay with all age ranges! It was perfect for our large family. We loved the pool/hot tub and the beach being just steps away. The kitchen was fully stocked and had 2 refrigerators, which is nice when you are cooking for a crowd. All of the beds were comfortable except for the twin trundle bed in one of the bunk rooms(it was almost like a box spring not a mattress). Overall cleanliness was really good. There were a few minor things like air vents/returns that need to be cleaned. Pool towels were provided, which was a bonus! Things we brought/bought: hand soap and toilet paper for bathrooms, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, foil, baggies, seran wrap, and containers with lids for left overs. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Pier is a 15 min drive away (lots of shops/restaurants/things to do). Walmart is 10-12 mins away, Publix is 4 mins. If you have never had Parlor donuts, they are a must try! If the family decides to stay in PCB again we will most definitely rent this house again! The host answered all of my questions ahead of time and communicated well. We had an amazing time and were able to spend a lot of quality time together as a family!
