We enjoyed this place a lot, pools are amazing. My room view was wonderful! Concierge members, Paulina and Jose, are very considerate, kind and helpful.

It's a reasonable place for vacation overall and the food here is pretty good. However, the rooms are definitely old and the check-in and out process is very time consuming. The front desk was not able to find our booking with Expedia when we checked in and the same thing happened when we checked out. We had to wait more than 30 mins to complete the check-out process and in the end missed our shuttle to the airport.
