"Enjoyable. Downside music from other residents until after 2am. Complained to reception and they promised to talk to the culprits. Rooms clean and huge. Needs updating. It's equivalent to 3 star but the setting in the nature is definitely 5 star."

"Check in staff at the Golf Resort were fantastic and extremely helpful and accomodating. The Golf course was in great condition and a delight to play. The suite was in need of an update to fixtures & fittings in particularl the towels, door handles, plug points and wardrobe doors needed more tlc. Lovely gardens with great view points and lots of water fountains. A big concern was that the clean up staff washed down the paths every morning between 9-10am which meant that it was very slippery...

"The hotel is so beautifully designed that it should absolutely by 5*...but sadly the staff and service lets this place down. Advertised as a spa hotel, which is actually 20 min walk away, we were drawn to the pretty photos and the list of 5* services. Expect dirty blood-ridden towels, no bathrobes, flies on your food, cockroach in your room, no minibar, no bathrobes, no multilingual staff, no iron, no amenities, just one restaurant and not two, of which half of the menu won't be available...

"A lovely retreat. A great place to center yourself. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Only one piece of advice to those considering this hotel. If you are planning to take advantage of spa treatments, I would call them in advance to make sure the spa will be open during your stay. I found that the hours were not always consistent with several hotels in Morocco. Enjoy!! "
