"It was very clean, and nice that there was an explanation about how different uses of the towels would affect the environment! Room service would have been great as we had to eat somewhere else except for the great free breakfast! That was my only real complaint, really. I would definitely stay at another Best Western! "

"The staff is fabulous. The breakfast options are great. This time the heater was very noisy in the room. The bed is so comfortable. The handicapped accessible bathroom is a true lifesaver although the water wasn't very hot this time. "

"Bathroom sink drained very slow. The mini fridge wasn’t working. I turned it all the way into the max hoping it would get cold. but after few hours it remained the same. With the rate we paid we should’ve gotten better service. "
