This home has recently been renovated, remodeled and redecorated with all new appliances, furnishings, kitchenware, and bedding. Come spend your vacation swimming in the large in-ground pool, fishing or paddle boarding in the salt water canal from your own backyard. Feel free to bring your boat or jet ski and you can easily put them on the water at Palm Coast Marina just minutes away from the house. Nicely furnished with a large Living room with leather sectional with comfy recliner and 60 LCD TV and DVD player. Great dining area for 6 in the formal dining room overlooking the sparkling in-ground pool or in the kitchen nook. Large master suite with King size bed and master bath with large walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom with Queen size bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Swim year round in gorgeous in-ground pool overlooking the canal area. 2 car attached garage even comes with 2 bikes for your joy rides around the neighborhood. Great location within minutes to the all the shopping and dining. Around the corner from European Village with a bunch of shops, bars, and restaurants as well as nightly entertainment events and Sunday organic produce market. Beach is only 5 min away by car. Palm Harbor Golf course is a public course which you can play an amazing game of Golf all year around. Walking, biking and hiking trails are all within easy bike or walk. Please check for items left behind and don't forget your electronics and chargers!

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
