Annual 4th of July Family Trip
My husband & I take our army son & his wife & our college son & his girlfriend to the beach every July 4th. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. There was plenty of room, it was close to the beach, and close enough to St Augustine & Daytona for day trips. I highly recommend this property!! The owner was very helpful & answered questions quickly.

Delightful Vacation Spot
Perfect location with access for either beach or pool. Unit was very clean with updated appliances. Checking in and out was extremely easy. Owner is very responsive to any requests. It would be helpful if the couch and love seat were professionally cleaned. It's a beach house and you'd wish that all visitors to this home were more careful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Neil and Renae's beach front condo! It had a beautiful view, easy access to the beach and 2 heated pools. Lack of instructions at security gate to find condo location as we arrived at dark. Not aware of $3 bridge fee to enter the condo area each time. More instructions suggested as to location of kitchen towels as we did not locate until end of stay. Supplies were minimum upon arrival and we pretty much used up what we had brought and very little supplies to leave behind as suggested. Living room furniture not especially clean and very uncomfortable in many ways. LR curtains offer no privacy as they do not cover window opening. Balcony table had broken leg that was taped, and not stable for us to use for dining, surface was filthy. The chairs had rust droppings under them. Comfortable master suite and bath. Kitchen well stocked. Great location with fabulous views. Unit was spacious and our 3 days on the East Coast was enjoyable. Thank you.

Great surrounding area with lots to do within a 30 minute drive. Actual property is resort style and feel. Please be aware that the beach has large rocks and is not suitable for swimming or water activities so you will need to head down the road a bit to do your boogie boarding or to let the kiddos have safe access to swim. If you know this in advance, then it is a nice place to stay.

Property is great; it was our second year in a row staying at this condo! Location is perfect and great size to host family for all age ranges! The cleanliness was not as up to par this year. We had to fold towels out of the dryer and the shower curtains/liners and rugs just all clearly need replaced. Just didn't smell clean and fresh! Other than that, this property is great! Hosts are easy to communicate with and check in/out process is easy!

Great location especially with young kids and grandchildren. Very good location with easy access to Cinnamon Beach and the private pool area. Unit is well equipped and has everything you need. Simply Perfect.
This location was a piece of paradise. My family and I had an amazing spring break. On the second night we got to witness a rocket launch from our balcony. Everyday we listen to the ocean waves from our unit. The pool was very nice and entire property along with beach area is impressively clean well maintained. When it came to prepping our meals; Publix was just a few mins away for shopping. Everything you needed was accessible in the condo. I would highly recommend to any family, plus we were able to bring our fur babies. They simply enjoyed themselves as well. Give stars!!! Our family will definitely be back in the future. PS correspondence with the owners was simple and always replayed back very quickly.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The weather was not great and we mostly stayed in the condo. We felt very comfortable and at home. Our Goldendoodle was also very comfortable and enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Nice location.

Wonderful Winter Escape!
Condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and the view was fantastic. The WIFI was perfect for working remotely. The beach was lovely and exploring the tide pools was one of my favorite things to do. The pool was nice and warm. Good proximity to activities and restaurants in the surrounding area. Owners were easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

This property is beautiful, clean and spacious! We loved the proximity to the beach and pool areas. The neighborhood is fantastic for bike rides and long walks. We went with our dog and he made so many friends during our stay here. Beach was a little washed away due to recent hurricanes but my girls thoroughly enjoyed playing and collecting the sea shells. St Augustine was super close and we also loved the proximity to get on A1A for scenic drives. We would def book here in future.

Amazing view & access to the beach
Beautiful property with amazing views and access to the beach. We enjoyed a horseback ride on the beach through a local company. If that’s something on your bucket list I highly recommend it! Because the condo is in a gated community there are only a couple of restaurants close by so plan accordingly. Some supplies are limited here, so check closely before heading out to the grocery store.

Palm Harbor Beach Vacation 2022
Our family tries to go on a beach vacation each summer. We have usually opted for a house with a pool close to the beach. This year I found this lovely condo in Palm Harbor that was literally right on the beach. The condo and the beach were both dog friendly which allowed us to take Bailey. He loved experiencing the beach for the first time. The condo was just as advertised and Neil the Owner was very responsive. I might recommend renters bring their own toiletries and some extra kitchen supplies if your planning to spend more than 2-3 nights. Our family was very happy with the condo and I hope we can return again soon.

This property was a fantastic find for our family! We loved the direct beach access, family pool with food and drinks and the condo was incredibly comfortable. We spent a day in Saint Augustine and enjoyed a boat tour at the local marina. We absolutely loved this property and would recommend it to anyone looking to spend time at Cinnamon beach or Flagler beach!!
