"Place was perfect for our large crowd. Each bedroom having its own bath was great. Plenty of parking. Commercial kitchen worked so well with a large group. Location was nearby dining choices in Windham, an easy drive. Bar setup was a fav along with the pool table. The lodge has been nicely updated but is not brand new so don’t expect perfection, but the place worked so well for us. "Sometimes the measure of a place (and a host) is how things hold up when stuff doesn't go well. This house and its owner aced that test. We arrived on a cold night to find there was no heat -- and a snowstorm with temperatures approaching zero was on the way. Two members of Kevin's team arrived quickly to help solve the problem, and Kevin secured an emergency fuel delivery. The house was toasty warm by bedtime, and we had a great weekend. The house was perfect for our group (4 adults and 5 kids)...

"The lodge was amazing. The rooms were huge and very very spacious, including the bathrooms. Extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were shutting down for business and I was apparently the last guest to checkout! I wish they’d keep it running. I’d go back to the catskills just to stay there!"
