"El hotel no parece VIP ni 5 estrellas, cuando mucho 4 por lo sencillo de las habitaciones y la falta entrenamiento al personal de recepción para que sean atentos y ofrezcan una bienvenida/despedida acorde a la categoría del hotel. "The hotel has a great location, the street around is laid back with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and super nice to walk in. The hotel is confortable and has amenities as the pool. The hotel food service is great and the staff is amazing! Thank you for every thing."

"This hotel is not a fancy property, but it is nothing short of wonderful. Surrounded by the jungle, the parking area lined with bamboo trees, you feel like you are truly in contact with Mother Nature. Staff were really nice and made sure we had everything we needed, they really went the extra mile.
