"This was a really nicely done up little space, with exceptional climate control and a beautifully fashioned shower and kitchenette area. The bed was cozy, the tv had more options than we could have used in a lifetime, and the different amounts of lighting available were perfect. The amount of outlets/charging ports were great. It's a beautiful little back road that's fantastic for strolls or runs. Overall it was a great place to stay! The rooster could have waited a bit longer to wake us up, but...

"We booked this place due to the proximity to a birthday party we were attending in Welaka. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The setting is very serene. We only stayed a couple of nights, but it would be great for a week long getaway. The boat ramp was in good condition and there was plenty of parking for two vehicles and our large tritoon boat. We definitely recommend this place for your next trip to the river! "

"If you’re looking for a place to go that reminds you of “Old Florida”, look no further! This property is loaded with huge moss covered canopied oak trees right on The St Johns River. You feel like you have literally escaped to serenity. The home is immaculate and has all of the amenities you need. Deborah was wonderful. We ended up needing to leave early due to the impending hurricane (Milton) but we will definitely come back and recommend to friends & family. "
