"The house was very comfortable and all the amenities were as advertised. Host family left a very sweet basket of goodies, complete with a bottle of wine. Weather did not permit us to use the fire pit...but it looked wonderful, compete with plenty of wood for the fire and a basket with all the fixings for Smores. My first time renting through VRBO that the door code was withheld until 30 minutes before check-in... but that was the only negative to the whole trip. Thanks for sharing you home...

"Overall it was a great house with great amenities. We checked in late (after dark) due to wedding preparations and wedding near by. The following morning, we found some evidence of a potential party from the renters prior (some vomit and Jell-O shot cup in the yard and 1/2 case of Modelo on the back porch near the table), and didn’t contact manager, as it didn’t effect our group staying. "

"This property is wonderful for family gatherings. We had our Thanksgiving dinner with family here. It is a beautiful, spacious home that is warm and inviting with fantastic sun room for beautiful views of the lake. The fireplace is a lovely touch. I appreciate the workspace in the kitchen for remote work during our vacation. I can’t say enough about the location and communication with the host was great! I highly recommend this lovely home!"

"The property itself is nice and the house is setup nicely. The neighbors dogs next door are very obnoxious and bark all the time. The decking used for the stairs was very slippery and my wife fell trying to take our dog out and she ended up severely spraining one ankle and breaking the other. Which made the stay and weekend unenjoyable."

"The house handled four adult couples a solo traveler and child well. The house was clean and a beautiful setting. We used the hot tub, pool table, dishes on the dock, and cooked. Our trip was in January and it was very cold out, so we spent all our time inside, but the sunset views were spectacular, the kitchen well-equipped for family meals, and watching deer from the comfort of our cozy kitchen and family room. We appreciated that there was well-explained printed info regarding the use of TV/Game options. We would book this house again."

"My son got married in Crossville and I needed to find a house that would sleep 20 people. This house was perfect, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms/living spaces. The host provides a ton of towels and extra toiletries. Such a surprise to find toy boxes and baby items that were helpful since some of the family had to fly in and were limited on what they could bring. The lake views were amazing, and we enjoyed the fire pit and swing by the water. Even though we did not use the pool due to low...

"The owners are amazing! Super reliable. House was very spacious room for my family and friends. Safe for pets! Drive way was our only issues lol nice parking for vehicles don’t get me wrong. Just not enough space for 2 40 foot trailers 2 trucks a van and 2 cars where we traveled down different days with 5 sxs. But would stay again! Owners helped us find another area to park a trailer and truck. "

"This property is great and just as described. We had a few minor issues but Ed was very responsive and took care of each issue promptly. The walk to and from the lake is quite steep so be prepared to get a workout! My elderly parents were unable to make the walk but since there is also a pool we still had a place to hang with them. "
