"We stayed two nights during our tourist trip to SW Colorado. Pagosa Springs did not disappoint. The Alley House was the perfect size and included everything we look for in a VRBO. PET FRIENDLY for our small dog. The management of the property was easy to work with and made sure our visit went smoothly. Tons of fun things to do in Pagosa Springs! Highly recommend hiking Reservoir Hill and Treasure Falls on the pass. Great fun - THANK YOU."

"We love Pagosa Springs and are frequent visitors. This house is right on the lake in a cul de sac. The second floor is accessed by a steep spiral stairway so a bit challenging. Upstairs bedroom has a very firm mattress. Nice lounge area upstairs with tv and small bathroom and double bed. Good communication with the host. Neighborhood a bit unwelcoming. "
