We liked the location of the hotel (I-24 exit 3), easy in-and-out to visit many relatives. We prefer not to stay off Exit 4 due to the traffic configuration and the heavy traffic due to mall, hotels and eateries. The room was quite large with a separate sitting room from bedroom, 2 tv's, microwave and fridge and very quiet. The only negatives issues were the treadmill did not work and the blackout curtain was drooping and needed to be re-hung. We have stayed here in the past and will stay in the future, all-in-all it's good for the price.

The dead bolt did not work on our door. There was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. The clerk at the front desk was absolutely no help at all when asked a question.

The property was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy. Our room was very large and clean. The temperature was comfortable upon arrival with the fan running and not stuffy at all. The room was very quiet and very little noise during the night. Breakfast was the usual, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, waffles, juice, yogurt… We would stay again without a second thought.

The hotel was filthy, the tub and shower area had black mold and mildew and the bathroom floor was dirty ,lights in the dining area weren’t on and breakfast wasn’t ready - I wouldn’t have eaten anyway due to cleanliness issues. The whole place is run down. I would never stay there again!

Hotel needs a deep cleaning or needs to be renovated, was not up to most comfort Inn standards , The beds were rock hard with black mold on the outside corners of the tub ! The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Our door had no safety lock had been ripped out. Also our door didn’t close all the way but at least could use lock above door handle. Breakfast from 6-9 was actually 7 or so to 9. Some things were out of order in breakfast area. The designated smoking area outside the pool area was atrocious and filthy It is very convenient to the interstate so that was a plus and the room was mostly clean.
