"Fantastic stay - beautiful Park Suite with wonderful views of Hyde Park. Close to Lancaster Gate tube station as well, making it extremely convenient to get around London. Gym is a great addition also, including a Peleton and Technogym treadmills! We will be returning in the future. Staff are incredibly friendly and will assist in any way they can with your needs! "The location was super close to the train station and all kinds of foods and stores. The staff was SO KIND. Like truly welcoming. The room was small but had everything we needed- fridge, water kettle, heater, bed, window, shower and toilet. It was very clean as well! It was exactly what we needed and we will stay there again! "My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during our first trip to London. It was an excellent place to stay. The convenience of the location to Paddington station was priceless and made getting around London and getting back to our hotel so easy. The front desk staff was always kind and helpful and even helped me make a phone call one morning when I was having an issue with my Oyster card. The breakfast selection was great, although we ate out a few mornings, I would say we had the included breakfast at the hotel about 5 times and they had a good variety of items to choose from. We loved having tea with breakfast every morning, but they also had coffee. The hotel location was very quiet and cozy and we felt safe there for our whole trip. The building is probably very old (but we liked that) and it's kept very well and was perfect for our trip. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again sometime. "

"We only had one night in London, because of flight connections. The hotel gave us an upgrade and the room was excellent (coffee and fruits in our room for free). The train/subway station was just a block way, which made a quick sightseeing trip in central London quite easy (just the rainy weather prevented us from doing more)."

"We had a lovely time. We went to London to see The cirque du soleil.The hotel is very central and very clean, ideal if you want to stay central with eatery around and a underground a few steps away.We definitely come back. Lovely staff as well. "
