"This hotel is nice and convenient to the area of FT Wayne, IN. All of the staff is nice, and the AM breakfast is not bad on the weekends, the coffee excellent, weekday breakfast LACKS MOMENTUM. I think that once the full renovations are done from the top floor on DOWN it will be a great place stay in. When the hotel is full the HOT WATER slows down a bit, so a cool shower it is Not fun when its 10 degrees outside. But when the hotel is low in numbers of visitors plenty HOT WATER. The sofa bed needs an upgrade. very PAINFUL to sleep on. Coffee pot was broken. We were on the 4th flr and you can see that it TRULY needs the upgrade. But all and all not a bad place to stay in. But A Bigger PARKING IS A MUST. If not your out of luck and have to park across. Saw a car get towed. But don't know if they were hotel visitors. Would stay there again, but only when it is completely RENOVATED. "

"The room was very large, it had a desk, couch, microwave, and fridge. Facility was clean, and it offered a nice breakfast. I couldn't ask for anything more for the cost. "
