Amazing location
We had a great stay at this property! It was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean, right next to the ocean and a 10 to 15 minute drive to everything that we were visiting. Sitting on the patio and listening to the waves was a highlight, beautiful sunset views! We would definitely visit this property again!

Fantastic venue!
We had a wonderful experience at this lovely property. Gwen was very communicative and provides a fantastic venue for visiting the Bay Area. The beach front location is spectacular for viewing the sunsets, pleasant walks and sounds of the waves. Very clean and well equipped for those that enjoy cooking too.

We had a wonderful stay! Looking out and seeing the waves was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, and the decor was very cute. Everything went great! It was just a short drive to the main parts of San Francisco. Our family had a fabulous time.

My childhood friend and I had the best mini vacation here! We chose this place based upon all the other reviews and we were so happy with our experience there. The home is very comfortable; beds, temperature, quickness of water to heat up. The views are absolutely amazing. The host is super quick to respond to any questions or concerns that arise. We definitely highly recommend staying here.

Great location, great space.
Gwen was very responsive. Unit is as advertised and then some. Kitchen stocked incredibly well for your own cooking. Close to everything (restaurants, shopping, beach, hiking and San Fran). Lots of room to spread out inside and outside.

Perfect location
My husband and I met our daughter for an early Christmas visit. Nice weather, beautiful ocean right outside, short walk to the pier, walk or short drive to good restaurants. Comfy beds, fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Didn’t do any cooking so can’t speak to kitchen utensils, but we had all we needed for a nice stay.

Comfortable home next to the water
Staying in Pacifica is hit and miss, but this place is an absolute hit. You hear the waves if you open the patio door, you can walk to the beach. There's several cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a lot more just a short drive away. The house is well-stocked and has all the essentials for making your meals. The owner had clear communication and the booking process was just fine.

Beach!
The home is as close to the beach as you can get! The area experienced extraordinary winds and the beach was active. The home has everything needed for guests and is very clean. Gwen was very responsive. The weather created an issue with the hot water tank and she had a handyman out to the house within hours. Gwen worked with us on an appropriate outcome. She even communicated with us after our stay to share the root cause of the issue.

Lovely Home on the Ocean
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was beautiful inside and everything was clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the ocean was right outside! Beautiful sunsets! We were confused with how many beds there were but there are 2 queens beds upstairs and a queen bed downstairs with a single roll out bed underneath it that pulls out for bedtime. It really sleeps 7 but Gwen, the owner, was gracious enough to get a nice blow up mattress for our 8th guest which was very comfortable. No complaints here. There are cute shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We enjoyed the walking trails and the fresh seafood close by. We would love to stay here again!

OG's return
My wife and I spent our 50th Anniversary here (we lived on the same block 45 years ago; this was a return engagement after decades on the East Coast)). for those who don't know, Pacifica is just a cool, beachy town that is still a bit of an unknown gem. And this home, right on the Ocean, is in about as great a location as one could ask for. there are little restaurants, a bar with live entertainers, a great pie bakery just up the street. Two grocery stores and about a dozen restaurants within a mile. But the house is gorgeous and so well appointed. And again, right on the ocean and jus a few blocks from the famous fishing pier (stripers were running while we were there), The beginning of the coastal hike/bike trail is about a half mile down the beach and will take you all the way down to Linda Mar and even down further south. But it was fun just staying at the wonderful house binging on Netflix and the ocean waves, literally, just a few steps out the door (or from the patio). You can NOT find a cozier place to just kick back and enjoy a better get away. And your host is amazing and very helpful. All VERY good!

Perfect Place to Decompress
This property was EXACTLY what we were hoping for. The outside is a little understated, but once you walk through that door, it's totally beautiful. Oceanfront is a very accurate description! The home sits facing the waves, and you can sit in either the living room, upstairs bedroom, or out on the front lanai to watch the ocean. You could hear the ocean from inside the house. The decorations were super fun and artistic, and the interior was well laid-out and had everything we needed. One of my friends is going through chemo and feeling weak, but she was perfectly happy with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom, and it was a great place for her to rest and recuperate. My other friend and I went for little walks in the mornings to get pastries (surprisingly, David's Bagels has the best selection of croissants and fancy baked things), and the property was situated really close to everything fun. There are walking trails at the end of the street, and you can also walk a couple of blocks up to the main street to shop. We mostly stayed home, but the house was so comfortable and cute that it was a pleasure. It was an easy check in and check out, and we didn't need to contact our host for anything, because everything was just right. There are two queen beds in the upstairs bedroom, which made it a great choice for a girls' getaway. And I can't say enough about the fun art everywhere. Very relaxing, and well appointed; it even has a washer and dryer.

We reached the property at 11pm at night and we were excited about it. Immediately we had issues with parking and there was no adequate parking available. As soon as we checked in we found out that the shower in the downstairs bathroom was not working and I contacted the host immediately. He replied the next morning asking if we had set the shower faucet properly and directed it to the tub. The next morning we tried to turn the shower on again the same exact way we did the night before and it was working but throughout the day it was hit or miss if the water was coming out of it or not. We always used the same method to turn the shower on as there is only one way to turn the shower on. I got an email from the host 12 days after my stay that somehow I have broken the shower and he is going to make me pay for the replacement. It appears to me that they are trying to make me pay for the issues that was already present prior to my arrival. This is a very shady way to do business and I would not recommend staying in a property where the host does not take responsible for the upkeep of the property.

Perfect!
The perfect place to see the ocean across the street and fall asleep with the waves crashing. Immaculate with comfy, fluffy, bedding, close to hiking, dining, shopping. Or, just stay in and do puzzles! All about location. We hated to leave.
