"I like the the hotel is very nice but was construction cross street is a lot noisy early but everything also is good, the cleaning lady very cordial and friendly in the front counter Sam very helpful and Grace is wonderful person I give her 10 start thank you everyone they’re very nicely kind people thanks mahalo……. "Besides being in a great location, i found the elevators very convenient and efficient. We visited other hotels at the same time that had long waits but i never waited more then a minute for an elevator to my floor. It just made it such a nice experience to be able to get to my room so easy. The shops downstairs also made it feel like i didnt need to go far to get anything i needed."

"The rooms were spacious and it was located at a very central and convenient end of Waikiki. It's not a large city, so everything is walkable distance from the hotel- beaches, restaurants and shopping . My only complaint is that we paid extra for a ocean view room and all we got a balcony facing the side street view but a window looking toward the ocean. I hardly call that 'ocean view " to justify the extra charge. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Good breakfast spread each morning."
