I cannot rate the staff highly enough. They were so beautiful to chat to and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We were actually sad to leave such amazing people! What a GEM and underrated place. This is definitely a beautiful beachfront apartment style property. Rooms are updated and are clean. A great place for family to stay. The amenities were great. Some disclosures would be nice during booking about housekeeping, bath and toilet supplies but nothing that broke the bank but nice to know. The pool and hot tubs were clean and kept up. Michael and his team are doing a great job. They have great food and bar on site.

Pool was great so clean and safe. Easy to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Went snorkeling on morning trip out of pacific palms and day tour snorkeling both were excellent and arranged by the friendly staff. Meals, drinks and spa very affordable. Was good as a family to have own washing machine, dryer, dish washer, cooking facilities, 2 bedrooms and separate lounge and dinning. Felt relaxed after our stay and would defintly stay again.
