"Had an excellent stay with my family. My villa room was not suitable for 2 adults and 3 children- although the hotel tried to do as much as he could to accommodate us. No mention at reception. When I asked, I was told he would put things in his room but there is no safe! Little space to hang things. Only one hanger. Pillows are as hard as bricks.
