« Was great overall! Our stay occurred in the middle of a severe weather weekend in which provided a variety extra twists to our first time visiting Hot Springs. Host was very pleasant and helpful throughout stay. Only downfall to stay was the mattress had a minor sink in the middle. Apart from that, everything was clean, neat, and welcoming! Would give 9.9/10! Thank yall again! »

« The cabin is exactly as advertised, cute, rustic, clean and comfortable. We came for Hot Springs National Park, which was fun for a three or four day getaway, but the highlight was the cute little cabin. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and the place had plenty of character for a restored 1940’s cabin. The view is fantastic and just sitting outside in one of the numerous comfortable spots is relaxing. We also enjoyed taking the canoe out around the lake. The kitchen is well stocked...

« This property was beautiful! The scenery is lovely with ample room to relax outside on the covered porch. The hot tub is an excellent way to relax after hiking downtown and nearby trails. The property had all the things we needed for our stay with games and a pool table as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place not too far from downtown Hot Springs. »

« The house was cute and in a great location with little drive time to the historic district. Everything was very clean. Only downside was that it does get cold at night so bring extra blankets. Other than that I would definitely book this location again for another trip to Hot Springs. »

« We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place. »

This was also an easy drive to Hot Springs National Park and the surrounding town. Every detail has been very well thought out design and so much work went into creating such a nice escape. :) And the beds were very comfortable! »
